- Tony Almedia is the Season 7 Villain
- CTU is Disbanded (Bye, Bye CTU and in with FBI)
- Jack Bauer is on Trial
- Jack Bauer is going to work for the FBIFBI.
- The President of the United States is a Woman!
- New season will be In Washington DC. A totally different location that will take the show to a new level of chaos.
- Two-Hour "24" movie prequel will air on Sunday, November 23, 2008 (8 - 10 pm ET) - announced by FOX on 5/15/08.
- The prequel movie will take place in South Africa & Washington D.C. The D.C. storyline will center around the Inauguration of the new President.
- Sprague Grayden, last seen on "Jericho" and "Weeds" has been signed on to play the recurring role as Cherry Jones' daughter on Season 7.
- John Voight has been signed on to play Jack Bauer's uber-Nemisis. He will be introduced in the November season prequel and will be shown heavily throughout the latter half of season 7.
