  • Bill is a civilian who is doing things behind the scenes with Chloe. The two of them are aware that there are moles and corruption in the White House and the government. They, along with Tony, pull Jack in to help them find the source(s) of the corruption.
  • Bill is killed in a selfless act to save the President. He willing takes Jack's place and puts himself in the way of an explosion. He is killed when he draws fire from Zuma's team and the explosion goes off.
